Air Force Group X and Y Exam 2020: The Central Airmen Selection Board (CASB) decided to postponed the exam that was to be conducted on 19 March 2020 to 23 March 2020. The exam may be scheduled on last week of April 2020. The Indian Air Force will further decide according to the availability of the labs across the country. It is advantage for the candidates who are preparing for this exam. So, prepare it more and let you win the race.

What is Air Force Group X and Y Exam 2020

• IAF Airmen are employees in Group X and Y.
• Group X will work on technical fields posts such as Airframe fitter, Mechanical Fitter etc while Group Y works on non- technical fields posts such as Accounts assistant, Administrative assistant, IAF Police & Security etc.
• After clear the exam, you will get training in Airmen Training School Belgaum, Karnataka, India.
• Airmen can also apply for the post of Flying officer in the Indian Air Force at the age of 19 to 20 years.
• Airmen get to the higher post during their stay in the Indian Air Force with time and experience.

As we all are aware about major outbreak of Coronavirus diseases that spreads more in crowed places. Also, government taking a lot of actions to control this outbreak.

According  to Central Airmen Selection Board  (CASB) notice : In view of the outbreak of Coronavirus, various government advisories and Section 144 at many places, STAR(01/2020) exam scheduled from 19 March 2020 to 23 March 2020 is Postponed to the last week of Apr 2020, tentatively.
